Lia Keeping
Vice-President of Sales, North AmericaLia Keeping has been a top achiever in the direct sales industry for more than 20 years. Having a passion for fashion and a passion for people, Lia quickly rose to the top of one of the leading direct sales companies in Canada. Within her first year in the business she was the Queen of Recruiting for her company and set a recruiting record that is still unbroken to this day.
Realizing "the more you help others succeed the more you succeed", Lia created one of the highest producing down-lines in her organization, and then promoted out 11 direct and 20 indirect top performing groups.
In 1993, Lia Keeping left the field to pursue her career in a corporate position as President and Executive Vice President Global Sales. That resulted in the start-up of successful direct sales companies in Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, and South American including Chile, Argentina and Brazil. "I love this industry, it allowed me to stay home with my children, earn a "big-time" income and meet amazing people. Yes, you can have it all and still put your family first!"

With 14+ years in the field selling, recruiting and developing leaders, she has a true understanding of what it takes to build big teams. She has spent the last several years working with corporate teams in both large and small direct sales companies, training and coaching the field and strategizing for growth opportunities.
